Aurela by Well with Brielle

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2, 2026

The short version: Aurela is a wellness companion to support your everyday habits and reflection. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental‑health, or financial advice. Please use it as one helpful tool among many, and reach out to a qualified professional for anything serious.

1. Accepting these terms

By using Aurela ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, which together govern your use of the App. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

2. What Aurela is (and isn't)

Aurela offers rituals, journaling, affirmations, challenges, and reflective content for general wellness and personal growth. It is for informational and self‑reflection purposes only. It does not provide medical, mental‑health, therapeutic, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The astrology, numerology, and Human Design features are offered for entertainment and self‑reflection. Always seek the advice of a qualified professional with any questions about a medical or mental‑health condition. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.

3. Who can use Aurela

Aurela is built for adults. You must be 18 or older to create an account, make a purchase, or post in the community (The Circle). If you are under 18, please don't use the App.

4. Your content & your account

Your journal entries, check‑ins, and other reflections belong to you. By default they are stored on your device, so they may be lost if you delete the App or clear its data. You can optionally create a free account (sign in with a one‑time email code, or with Apple or Google) to back up and sync your content across devices; you can sign out or permanently delete your account and its data at any time from Profile → Settings → Account. See our Privacy Policy for how account data is handled.

5. Premium & purchases

6. Community & acceptable use

Please don't misuse the App — including attempting to break, copy, resell, or reverse‑engineer it, or using it to harm others.

The App may include an optional community space (The Circle). Anything you post there is visible to other members and is not private, so please post respectfully and don't share sensitive personal information or content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or infringing. You're responsible for what you post, and you keep the rights to your own content while granting us permission to display it within the App's community. We may remove content or limit access to keep the community safe. See our Privacy Policy for how community posts are handled.

7. Intellectual property

The App and its content, design, and branding are owned by Well with Brielle and protected by law. You may use the App for your personal, non‑commercial wellness use only.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that any result (health, financial, or otherwise) will be achieved.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Well with Brielle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update the App or these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [YOUR STATE], United States, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules.
